Online Transfer Request Instructions
Elementary Teachers
i) Inter District Transfer:
- Inter District Transfer will be applicable for all teachers in the following categories:
- a) Mutual Transfer (Minimum 1 year of service for contractual Teachers)
- b) Terminal Illness of Self (Please refer to the guidelines by H&FW Dept.)
- c) Inter district transfer of any type is only allowed once in a teacher's career.)
ii) Intra District Transfer:
- a)Intra District Transfer will be applicable for all regular teachers in all categories completed 6 years of service in a school and below 58 years of age except Mutual Transfer and Terminal Illness of Self Cases.
- b)Contractual Teachers Can apply in Mutual Transfer and Terminal Illness of Self Cases.
Secondary Teachers
i) Inter District District:
- Inter District Transfer will be applicable for all TGT-PCM,TGT-CBZ and TGT-Arts teachers completed 15 years of service (including contractual period) except Mutual Transfer and Terminal Illness of Self Cases.
- Inter District Transfer will be applicable for all contractual and Non-TGT teachers in the following categories :
- a) Mutual Transfer( Minimum 1 year of service for contractual Teachers)
- b) Terminal Illness of Self (Refer to the guidelines by H&FW Dept.)
- c) Inter district transfer of any type is only allowed once in a teacher's career.)
ii) Intra District Transfer:
- a)Intra District Transfer will be applicable for all regular teachers in all categories completed 6 years of service in a school and below 58 years of age except Mutual Transfer and Terminal Illness of Self Cases.
- b)Contractual Teachers and Non-TGT teachers Can apply in Mutual Transfer and Terminal Illness of Self Cases.
- c) HM-OES can not apply for Intra District Transfer
